Orders within Karachi are typically delivered within 24-48 hours, while deliveries to other major cities across Pakistan take approximately 3-5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible.
How do I determine my correct size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide tailored to that specific garment. We recommend measuring a similar item from your wardrobe to ensure the perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and popular mobile wallets like JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make further changes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, VELO Pakistan only ships within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping in the near future.
