At VELO Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have all original tags attached.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed, and with the VELO security tag intact to qualify for a successful return process.
Package & Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to our central warehouse in Karachi using a traceable courier service.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team approves the return, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7 to 10 working days.
